JIRA losing configuration settings when upgrading to 8.5.1

After upgrading from 8.0.2 to 8.5.1 some of the settings were removed and had to be re-added.  More specifically Elements Connect lost configuration settings as did subscribed filters.   I have run at least 20 upgrades and this has never happened before.

Can you please give me more details about the settings that have been lost in Elements Connect? I'm not sure to really understand.

Login name and password changed to sysadmin from the correct database account.eConnect.png
