JIRA XML Backup fails throws "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/bind/DatatypeConverter"

I dont recall BLOB datatype in my content database? A clean backup is required prior to porting data over to MSSQL. Please advise.

just removing non needed BLOB tables it works like a charm
