To get some statistics for my team I need to track the number of tickets that had one particular label during this month (but it could be already removed in the moment i'm collecting statistics). Is there any filter for that?

The label has to be applied for you to filter on it. There is no historical information around labels/issue relationship. If it is important to your reporting you will want to ask that the labels are not removed or place a status in your workflow that you can track off of.
