Is there an interface/login for those listed in the CRM to check their profile?

I am looking first for a CRM tool - very simple. Only need to run reports on five custom fields and perhaps email those results.

If all the stars aligned, the people in the database could login to view their profile and see their custom field data. This interface would need to be accessible to those using assistive technology (meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards).
