It seems that a lot of the ondemand items are down for a while already with the status page only just now reporting that support is down.
Normally you would ask this in support but that is down... and they have no phone support.

In my case it was my ondemand installation that had issues, support fixed it and then it worked again. It seems sometimes the ondemand installation gets corrupted or something and creates these issues.
