Customer creates tickets based on Incoming mail. If I want to reply to the customer I'm just able to mail him through one fixed mail.
We are having different Incoming mails, But only one Outgoing mail. How can I reply my customer with a different mail.
Is there any possibility to use different outgoing mails so that I can reply to my customer through which I'm maintaining as a Incoming mail.
