Is it possible to change the rank of a new issue to the top of the swimlane using scriptrunner?

I'm creating a new issue during an issue transition (a bug issue type during a reopen transition)

I'd like to rank this to the top of the swimlane when the issue gets created, is this possible?

I'm using Jira server & scriptrunner
