Is it possible to automatically trigger the Release button when dragging the issue to Done?

Hi @Han Vo and welcome!

The Release button you identify in the screenshot is for releasing the version and without some PowerScripts, ScriptRunner, or custom programming, I do not believe it is possible to  trigger it with the transition of a single issue (which is what happens in the background when you move an issue on a board.  Perhaps one of the other Community members will have more/better information than I.
