For the past 3 days, my team has experienced lagging/503 notifications. We are also experiencing lag time in Confluence. Our testers cannot review their test cases resulting in blockers. Is the Atlassian service team aware of this?
Hi @Tabitha Benson welcome to the community. There was an issue Automations this AM, but I think that's been resolved. You can check out Atlassian's status page to see what's going on with cloud apps. At this time there is an infrastructure issue with JSM but nothing showing up for Confluence. I don't see any lag time in my Confluence instance.
Of course, there may be issues with your specific instance. As it's been 3 days,I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian Support and have them take a look.
