Invalid Server ID message when trying to update server id my atlassian account (license)

I have copied the server id from jira sofware/ system/ info/server id and when i try to update the server id in my atlassian account its showing invalid server id.

license sen no : SEN-10800275

jira software sen no : SEN-L10520925

Hi Sagar,

It seems that you may be entering your license ID rather than your server ID. 

Can you please try the following:

BIRT-XOXO-PG2C-P65Y

This is the Server ID associated with your SEN.

I'm running into this exact issue as well.  The Server ID showing is a long string like Sagar's and it isn't accepted by the site when I try to use it.

I fixed it by getting the Server ID from the evaluation license in my licenses list.
