When we upgraded our ScriptRunner version from 5.6.14 to 6.15.0, the upgrade succeeded but the UI for ScriptRunner (i.e. the admin pages for Fields, Listeners, etc. ) went completely blank and we can't get it back. All other add-on screens aren't affected. During troubleshooting, when we disabled the Insight add-on, the ScriptRunner UI returned to normal. We upgraded Insight at the same time to version 8.7.6.
Note: when we did the upgrade in our non-production environment, we didn't experience this behavior.
We have tried uninstall/reinstall, clearing app cache, and restarting our Jira instance. None of this has worked.
Has anyone else experienced this before? If so, any idea how to fix it?
