I would like to add custom notes (a link to the test plan used) to be saved with a release in JIRA.
Note, this is different from adding a custom field on individual issues in JIRA that show up in the report as described in https://developers.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/creating-a-custom-release-notes-template-containing-release-comments/. Ideally these notes would be associated with the release and not with any individual issue.
Is there a way to do this?
