As there are other stakeholders (e.g backend IT) who may not have Jira account, we need to export the issues for their review or action.

Hi @kenny chow,

When you export Jira issues from the issue search screen attachments are not included.

Attachments are stored separately in the file system.

There are add-on's available on the Atlassian Marketplace that enables exports with attachments embedded (in PDF's).

However, the one we use is not available for Cloud.

As access to the filesystem with Cloud is limited you'll need to download any attachments from your Stories and send them on separately.
