I am Marlene from codefortynine.

If you want to create a template story with Sub-tasks which you can bulk clone on a regular basis, you can try our app Deep Clone for Jira.

• Just select the story you want to clone
• Click on the issue action menu on the top right
• Click Deep Clone
• Select "Target project" and "Target issue type"
• Select "Clone subtasks" and configure the rest of your clone

With our app you can bulk copy issues along with their child issues and keep the hierarchy. It's also possible to bulk clone entire issue trees (like epics or initiatives).

I am sorry, I do not understand what you are trying to achieve?

Jira does not have templates, and you say you want to create multiple subtasks, but then that you do not.  I am very lost.
