We're using Jira internally with the REST API linked to our application. When a customer uses the feedback button in our application, we create a user on the fly and then create the issue using REST. Jira does not seem to offer a way to configure or supress the e-mail stating that the account was created. Does anybody have an idea on how to do this without bothering our customer with useless e-mails? Disabling all outgoing e-mail is the only way we found so far but that is far from helpfull.
