We are implementing service desk at the moment and its working great. We're just integrating our knowledge base from Confluence and have it all connected up and we can manually link articles by clicking More>Link but I saw this article and noticed that there is a section on the issue screen called "Related Knowlege Base Articles" but I cant find any information about how to include this on the page? Can anyone help?

I have the same problem; I have already deleted and re-created application links, verified that OAUTH is set and even see the article links come up in customer portal but the "related knowledge base articles" section just does not show up.
