Hello, I am currently working with a project with phases including "Backlog, Pending, Assigned, In progress, Done" however, In progress phase should also be broken out into various phases such as "Estimation, Requirements, Build, Design, IT Test, UAT, Deployment"
What is the best method to display this? Should I represent projects as stories, and individual phases as subtasks? Or should each project be an epic, and each phase be a story? Can I make it so that every new story or project automatically adds phases "Estimation, Requirements, Build, Design, IT Test, UAT, Deployment" as subtasks or stories? Will this need to be set up with the workflow?
