Hi,
I am new to Jira. I want to integrate Jira in our company site.
I have gone through the work-flow for Atlassian Connect, REST-API, and Webhooks but I am not able to get proper guidelines.
In my project I want to put a link and by clicking this link, it will navigate to Jira create/modify a issue and in the response, it should send the issue details back which can be used for future referrence.
Please help to solve this out.
Thanks.

Use the REST interface to query JIRA for that information - see https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-apis/jira-rest-apis/jira-rest-api-tutorials/jira-rest-api-example-query-issues as a starting point (lots more docs are in that tree, I just start with the tutorial because you can see how it works immediately from them)
