I installed JIRA software (v7.0.0) on my DEV instance .
When I try to install the tempo timesheet v8.1 (server) , it doesn't get uploaded and throws an error (admin > manage addon > upload addon)
Can you please help me out with this ...and how should I solve the issue if I get the same problem when I upload other addons?
What does installing it from the "find addons" option do?
And what are the error messages? "an error" tells us nothing about what is going wrong.
When I go to find new add ons, I get the following msg - "The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable. To avoid problems when loading this page, you can disable the connection to the Marketplace server. Click here for more information..."
so to avoid all this I would download the .obr file of the respective plugin and upload it by going to "manage add on" and then "upload file".
The error msg would be like this installation cannot be completed . Please check logs
