How to have Service Desk and JETI working together ?

I have installed both plugins Service Desk and JETI (JIRA Email this Issue) and I have done the configuration as explained in document on JETI. The rules being taken into account are the ones defined in the SD instead of the ones in JETI. How could I inverse this ?
