How to find the JIRA project log?

I need to update some fields of the project.

I know I can know find some logs via the "**System --> Audit Log**", but it seems no project logs inside.

Where can the system or project administrator find out specific project logs?

the audit log is what you have available at the moment. Atlassian recently published a blog post about (upcoming) advanced auditing features in Data Center. What you are looking for will require the purchase of a third-party app from the Atlassian Marketplace. If I remember correctly there are apps available for your use case, maybe have a look "Auditor for Jira". That could be good for project logs.
