How to enable Pages link in the sidebar within new cloud design?

Hi. I noticed that on of my projects has "Pages" link in sidebar of new design. It looks like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/5STtd00hp. Opening the link activates a pane for management confluence pages for this projects. However for all the other projects I do not have such "Pages" link in sidebar. Pay attention that all the Jira projects are linked with their Confluence spaces. Could someone help, how to activate "Pages" section in sidebar?

I spent ages trying to figure this out yesterday with a test cloud instance of JIRA, Confluence and BitBucket and couldn't get it to work at all.
