How to do a all clean install of JIRA on an Oracle database with a previous version JIRA installed?

I've installed JIRA in Oracle and now I want to install a new clean copy of JIRA in the same Oracle database/user. Does JIRA install procedure clean the database schema on install?

You either need to drop the whole database and recreate (easiest method) or drop all tables and other objects from the database manually. Jira doesn't have a "Blow away database" button, unfortunately.
