I need help configuring a custom field so that it is displayed in the Details section the issue viewer.
I am using OnDemand.

this took over an hour of billable time to resolve.
Have you added the custom field to the screen that is used to display the issue? May be I am asking the obvious.

Does the field display on the details section if you've entered text into that field? I've noticed that only fields that have values get displayed, all others are hidden until they're populated.
