How to create a stacked bar chart by release date?

Hi there,

I'm hoping to find a way to build a stacked bar chart in my dashboard with the x-axis being release date and the y-axis being # of issues. I would like each bar to be broken down by issue type (specifically: story and bug issue types). Is there a way I can do this with the OOTB gadgets?

Unfortunately, this can't be created with OOTB gadgets as they don't include stacked bar charts.

One way to build what you are looking for is the with app Custom Charts for Jira.

This allows you to create customized charts and reports on your dashboards including stacked bar charts of releases and issue type. Here is an example using fix versions:
