How to create a button on JIRA to add a page on Confluence ?

Hello,

I would like to have a way in JIRA to be able to create a linked page in Confluence (based on a template).

A button will be perfect for exemple that redirect to a Confluence new page with the JIRA issue automatically linked.

I tried to find an add-on to do that but without success ... do you have any idea ?
