How to connect JIRA to Power BI?

Hi All, Need help as I am new to this !!!!

I am trying to connect JIRA to Power BI. I do have https:// link but its not cloud based. I have tried to connect it to content pack but I am unable to get the JIRA content pack. The screen gets frozen once I enter the JIRA link with Basic Credential after I click sign in and sign in option becomes invisible.

Is there any step by step process somewhere that I can follow, not sure what I am missing.
