How to close an Initiative level issue when all child epics are closed

Working in Jira data center, how would I write an automation to close an Initiative level issue when all it's child Epics are closed. 

I do not have lookup issues in my jql allowances

step up
Project 1 - Initiative with Parent links to 
Projects 2-5 Epics
