How do you write a query to find requests resolved without an article?

Gordon Thomas July 5, 2019

We would like to run some additional reports beyond what is included in Service Desk, including across multiple projects and different time periods.

Is there a way to query this same information in JQL so that we can build it into advanced search filters?

I looked through the Advanced Fields and Functions references here:

What issue field/function is Service Desk referencing to generate those reports?

Hi @Gordon Thomas

From what I can see these metrics are built in and not specific to a particular field in JSD or in Confluence. I can not find reference to what are generating those reports either.

You can always search the Atlassian's Jira to see if someone has made a suggestion on better reporting for article usage. If you do not find a suggestion that matches what you are looking for, please open a suggestion ticket for Atlassian. They are always looking for ways to improve.

Reporting on Article Usage

Sorry this might not be the answer you were hoping for! And if you find a solution in the future please post it here for the community to see!

Thanks!
