Currently in Jira Server, I have all our customers set up in the User Table, with an email address of 'CustomerName@mycompanyemail.com'.
We set it up this way so we know what customer has the issue reporter.
How do I do this in Jira Cloud?
My customers do not have access to Jira, but I want them listed in the Reporter field.
