How can I repair languages?
Hi Everyone
I have a big problem in my Jira instance (DataCencter v9.12.7#9120007) and i would like to learn how to repair it. Maybe someone could please give me a hint where to look next.
My Problem: All Languages are broken, so a users can not choose a language in his/her profile. The select-list of languages shows only empty entrires.
We have language-packs installed, so the list is not empty. There is just no text "English" "France" "Chinese" etc.
Selecting one empty entry as a new language results in an error - of course.
How can i fix this error?

PS: This error is serious for us. Most transitions in our workflow are incomplete and some attributes do not transfer in the new state. The values are deleted!
For example: The "assignee" is lost when a ticket transfer from one state in the next state.
