We are trying to purchase Jira Server license. Could you please list out the infrastructure requirements(Server, Data base etc) to setup Om Prem Jira instance?

Also if we purchase Jira cloud instance, do we need to setup any infrastructure on our end?(I know it's cloud and we don't need to setup any, but just confirming)

You can't get new Jira Server licences any more.  The system is going away, and Atlassian are not selling new licences for it any more, only renewals for existing systems.

If you want to run Jira yourself, then you will need to be looking to buy Data Center licences, so take a look at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing?tab=data-center for the pricing.  For the hardware for each node, the server guide still applies, but you'll need to be thinking about clustering and so-on as well.   See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/jira-applications-installation-requirements-938846826.html

For Cloud, no, the only thing you need on your end is a client that can reach your Jira over the network.  (For example, a standard browser on a user's laptop that can browse over to <your place>.atlassian.net)

 We are looking for a Jira cloud license for user count between 250 to 300. We are also looking for Advance Road maps functionality in Jira.  On the Atlassian pricing page, I see the price for Jira Premium(includes Advance Road maps) is around $ 42k for 400 users. Would those be the accurate charges or would there be any additional charges?

Could you also please share a list of limitations with Jira cloud VS Jira Datacenter instances?

Also does Jira Cloud standard NOT include 'Advance Road maps' functionality?

The pricing page is what Atlassian charge.  They wouldn't publish it if it were different.

Cloud and DC are two totally different pieces of software.  They're issue trackers and have some similarities in name, structure and usage, and compatible-ish data, but they're totally different pieces of software.

It's not worth trying to list the differences, you would be far better off looking at your requirements for an issue tracker and asking which one might be better for you.  In a lot of cases, it's going to be "both are just as good"

Jira Cloud standard does not have Advanced Roadmaps, you need to go Premium for that, as the pricing page states.

Jira cloud is limited in terms of Administration and integration functionality compared to DC. Also most of the AddOns such as script runner has limited functionality in Jira cloud.  These are the differences I know and I'm looking for an similar answer.

No, it isn't.  It's just different to DC.  It's different software, run differently and therefore has different admin options.
