Hello!
We are often encounter the problem of hang when working in Jira Test Management tool with trying to save the entered data in the test case description.
At the time of editing / filling in the test case description field, we removing the focus from the field to save the changes. So after switching a focus, a hang occurs, a preloader appears and then nothing happens. After updating the page, the entered / changed data is lost. All the time we have to fill the field again. Especially often such a hang occurs when copying / deleting test cases by other users.
An example of such a hang: 07/17/2019 in the time period 10:10 - 11:00 MSK
Could you please provide some information about resolving problem?
