If I create new filters how do they automatically show up in popular tab for other users?
When I share filter I share it with 'Everyone' but still they don't appear on popular tab for others instead they have to seacrh on it.
What am I missing here?
On my list it's any filter with more than 1 user...

Popular is the tab for the most used filters. Until the filter reaches a level to be included, they will have to search for them. I usually send an email out to users that would benefit from any filters I choose to share.
and what is that level to be included in the popular tab?
