Error Immediately After Successfuly "External System Import"

I am the admin for our Jira Cloud instance.

I have been using the "External System Import" to do change status, change start/due date, and other bulk changes.  After each of these changes, I get the following error:

"Unexpected failure occurred. Importer will stop immediately. Data may be in an unstable state: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Project configuration id does not match project roles configuration id: Project configuration id does not match project roles configuration id"

What is this error, and how do I fix it?

The file I am importing is a UTF-8 CSV created using excel.  There are no formulas in the original excel.

@[deleted] I would suggest to create a support ticket with Atlassian Support and also attach the support zip file from your Cloud instance in the support ticket.
