Enable email notifications

Dear All,

I am logging the JIRA account with my managers credentials and mention my name in tester field.

I want to receive email notifications when somebody replies to my logged issue 

How can that be achieved ?

When you are the assignee of the issue, you get mail notification every time when someone changes the issue.

When you have created the issue, you get mail notifications depening of the Settings in you user profile

If not, you have to watch the issue to get mail notifications.
