I have one user who is trying to edit work logs from the tempo user timesheet screen. Usually, she can click a previously entered entry to bring up the issue, and the click 'Log Work' to submit a new entry for that issue. Beginning 5/15/13, she has been unable to complete any interaction with the timesheet to input a work log, and instead has to open the issue and then log work to the issue. This is something only the one user is experiencing. Is there a setting that needs to be configured?
We are looking into whether this is a user setting issue on our end.
"Open the issue" ? Do you mean reopening?
If so, work cannot be logged on closed issue.

Normally a user would require to have the "Edit All Worklogs" permission in order to be able to do this. Please have a look if she still has this permission assigned under the relevant permission schemes on your instance.

Confirmed that she has the permission assigned under the scheme.
Is there possibly a plug-in or some type of IE setting that she could have set incorrectly? I have another user, who is set-up like all the rest, that when the cog is clicked to take action (Modify, Split, Delete work logs), none of those options are available. These users are all set up in the exact same manner, but random functionality appears to be missing.
