Hello!
I am using the backlog prioritisation metric on my tasks that define things such as reach, impact and effort.
I can visualise the things in the "backlog prioritisation" tab. But I would like to visualise these metric in a dashboard.
When I use a gadget such as "Filter xx", it doesn't seem that these metrics are available to view.
How can I visualise backlog prioritisation metrics on a dashboard?
Hi Cedric,
You can now persist the backlog Score and other Metrics into standard Jira fields. This way you can use these values to any Jira Dashboard, JQL or Kanban Boards.
Please refer to the following documentation that shows how to do this.
https://docs.appbox.ai/backlog-prioritization/saving-the-value-of-a-metric-method-in-a-custom-fi
If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to support@appbox.ai
Thanks,

Hello @Cedric Oeldorf
Welcome to the community.
Backlog Prioritisation is not a native feature in Jira Cloud. I believe you are getting that feature from a third party app that has been added to your instance.
Can you check with your Jira Administrators to find out which third party app is being used and provide that information?
Can you tell us which specific gadget you are trying to use? Some custom fields may not be available in some gadgets.

Hey, @Trudy Claspill , I am using the same gadget and have a similar wish - to display the backlog priositisation in the Issue navigator.
The gadget is called "Backlog Prioritisation for Jira", the vendor is Appbox.ai.

Have you considered reaching out the the vendor of the app to ask this question?
I looked at the documentation and didn't find any information about the data being available for filtering in the native Jira issue search screen. Sometimes the new data made available by third party apps is not available for use in that screen.
