Is there a way to disable email notification to the end user when admin logs in as a user (impersonates) for testing or troubleshooting?

The notification to inform the user that the administrator had logged as them it's not possible to disable. Even when it's for testing purposes, every time an admin uses this option, it will generate a notification for the user to know what is happening.
There was a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability, but it was closed as "Won't fix" because there are no plans to add this feature:
