Shall we use Jira crowd Rest-api for jira server?

If not, then please differentiate  Jira server Rest-api and Jira crowd Rest-api and Jira cloud Rest api.

Could you explain that question?  I ask because "Jira crowd" makes no sense - do you mean Jira or Crowd's REST API?  And why do you want to "use it for Jira server"?  What does that mean?

Oh! It's Crowd Rest api.

I want to get all users using Crowd rest api like curl -i -u username:password https://confluence/rest/usermanagement/1/search?entity-type=user --header 'Accept: application/json'

But am getting 401 error code.

Please let me know how to use to get users.
