I need to prevent them from see internal comments.
I’m a bit confused. Customers don’t have access to the application and consequently cannot access any Jira dashboards. Ar these “customers” actually portal only access or do they have application access? If the later then you are setting them up with browse access I assume which means they can see all comments.
customer has an access to Jira UI - under support.ourcompany.com - portal access
all what i need is to prevent customer to see internal comments we put in tickets when he access those tickets from the links in Dashboard granted to a group that user is a member in.
