A user with Admin/Dev/User access to a project is having an issue creating a filter with a custom field.
This custom field is configured for all issue types and the project in question.
She is able to add the custom field to her filter, but if she leaves the issue navigator or attempts to export, the custom field is removed. If I (sysadmin) open her filter, the custom field appears in the issue navigator and the custom field appears in the export.
