Is there a known solution to automatically translate text in the Description and Comment fields from one language to another? I am encoutering a situation where a tester, with no English language skills, enters an issue using simplified Chinese characters. The issue is then routed to an English speaking developer, who has no Chinese language skills. It would be awesome if we can implement a solution where the original text is machine translated, by invoking the Bing Translation API or something similar.
