Cannot see app even though admin added it

I cannot view an app (OKR Board) that my admin has added and other users at my company can see. I cannot see the app on the left side panel or under the apps dropdown in the ribbon. When i navigate to the app in the marketplace though I can see that it was added.

We have the same issue. The OKR Board App appears under the 'Apps' menu for most users - but a couple of Jira users cannot see it. That is strange why it would appear for some but not for some. @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- @Shane Regel 

I was investigating it too and found that the users needed to be part of the Jira user group that grants access to the app. 

I'd suggest your admin verify if you are part of the user group (permissions group)
