Cannot finalize / close Sprint

I clicked on the Complete sprint button, then on Finalize sprint.  I keep getting an error saying to refresh the page and try again.

All of the issues and sub-tasks in the sprint are closed.

This happened first when we still had open issues, so I manually moved the open ones to the backlog or to the new sprint in an attempt to solve the problem.  However, I'm still getting the error.

@Erika Devine you might be encountering the problem raised here... https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-18065 There is a fix in progress for this. Sorry for the inconvenience

This a bug and should be reported to Support

This happened in our JIRA instance a few months ago
