Hello,

This would not be possible, just as it's not possible to put the Issue Type there either. The organization is actually set automatically when a Customer is part of an Organization. Then the members of the Org will be able to view the request on the Portal.

The Request Type can't be set by the customer either since the Request Type refers to the specific form the Customer would be currently using in your portal.
