We are going to set up a Knowledge Base for JIRA Service Desk users. Customers would not be licensed. We also want some staff to have access, but restrict some article just to the licensed staff–no access by customers. Is this possible?
I'm interested in this as well. I need to make some articles in my Confluence space available to external users but not all articles. Anyone have an answer?
You can do this if the articles you don't wish to share are in a different space. It would be nice if you could set permissions on a page by page basis, but I do not "think" this is currently possible. At least I have not found a way in the brief time I have spent looking into that.
