Can we add Date fields for IssueTypes in 'Classic' project in JIRA?

I would like to add 'Start date' and 'End date' field for all the IssueTypes.

Hello,

You can add a date custom field for classic projects.

Go to Issues -> Custom Field and create a Date field. Then add this field to the screens for this issue type.
