Can I upgrade from 7.13.5 direct to the current version?

I'm on an older version of Jira, 7.13.5. Is there a specific upgrade path I need to follow or can I just upgrade to the most current version?

If so I'm using Linux as the OS so just follow the manual upgrade correct?
