Bug in the connexion

I have an error, and I don t know why, because my connexion worked last week, and don t work today ... 

This is my error in French (English translation below)

"Une erreur s'est produite lors de la connexion. Veuillez réessayer."

An error occurred while connecting. Try Again.

And I don't understand why, because my "kimsufi" server are ok ...

So I dont know if the problem is from ATLASSIAN, or from me ... and I need an answer :/

Sacha,

Your atlassian-jira.log file will let you know what the problem is. Could you try tailing those logs and see what error occurs when you try to login?

Can you also let us know what you're using to manage your users? Are you using the internal Jira directory, Active Directory, or LDAP, for example?
